We stayed for one night and it was very noisy. The two sofa beds were terrible and unusable; they shouldn't be offered as an option for sleeping.

Great location. Rooms are tired (not as flash as the photos) but at least, for Tokyo, quite big and functional. Some staff really friendly, others totally ignored us! A lovely little evening cafe/bar (Gossip) close by and you are near the Asahi HQ and their top floor bar which is worth a visit for the view and all through the older Asakusa district.

The staffs are very helpful; small hotel but very clean, cozy and close to subway and bus stations. Solamachi mall is few minutes walk. Luggage transfer office is just 2 minutes away.

Location is 10 mins walk to Asakusa or Honzo-Azumabashi station. The Neighborhood is its main attraction, quiet and with quaint izakayas. The closest combini is 5 mins away. The property is really clean, but they don't clean the room daily, however you can exchange towels daily and take out trash daily, just put outside room by 10 am.

The rooms are so close together that you can easily hear noise from the next room. The room smells musty and is quite noisy at night, with the sound of cars driving by and footsteps upstairs.

hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood with several convenience stores ard...e rooftop view is brillant....good location.....room is slightly challenging with 3 adults n 2 cabin size luggages but japan hotels r generally small so just manage expectations....

Stayed with family

We stayed at Playsis East Tokyo for about 8 nights, family of 5. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and always available to answer our questions. The area was clean and quiet if you are looking for a quieter area. The property is walking distance to Asakusa station, the Tokyo Sky-tree, The Kaminarimon Gate and Senso-ji temple, among many restaurants choices. I would stay here again
