The room was big enough and all 4 suitcases were stored inside with no problem. The coffee was very good, just no breakfast but it’s ok. The location was a minute from the train, which is very nice. The train sounded like the AC went on quickly.

FantasticSolo stay
The single bedroom is small but is good enough for a solo traveler.

Good location near the train and many restaurants. Had options for slightly bigger rooms which is rare in Japan. They offered free pastries and ice cream.

GoodSolo stay
This is a perfectly nice 2-3 star hotel that is cheerfully well maintained. The reason I give it only a few stars is that it is close to the train tracks so you can hear trains go by and the rooms on one side of the hall have windows that look at a wall so there is just a little daylight but nothing to see. It also has no restaurant so if you want more than a small bun and cup of coffee from the small lobby counter, you need to find breakfast. The rooms do have small fridges so you can bring in food. Otherwise, it’s a good bargain for Tokyo in a very convenient location with plenty of places to eat over in Nippori, next train stop away on the Yamanote line but also only a 10 minute walk.

GreatSolo stay
Stayed three nights here and it was great. Even the single room which I booked had enough space for me to open my suitcase. By Tokyo standards it was a very nicely sized room. Had lots of windows (as opposed to the typical single square window in a business hotel). Shower and water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable.
Location was fantastic, two minute walk from JR Yamanote and Chiyoda lines. But that also brings me to the biggest downside of this hotel, and that’s the noise from the trains, specifically the Keisei line, whose tracks run very very close to the hotel. The trains rumble through every few minutes. After midnight the trains stop, but they resume again around 6.
I am neither a particularly light, nor heavy sleeper. But these trains were loud enough to wake me up at 6, and I couldn’t get back to sleep without earplugs. If noise doesn’t bother you, definitely stay here. If it does, maybe look somewhere else.

The staff was great, and close to the local transportation. Easy to move around.

Fantastic Great location for local transportation, not much to do in the area, but great for local restaurants. You are steps from the train stations. The staff was great, super attentive, polite, and when I had an issue with my Wii-fi they were quick to address the issue. Recommended.
