Stayed with kids

The room was cleaned and the bed was good but the carpet and windows need to be replaced. I also like the complimentary breakfast - plenty of bake goods, coffee, and hot/cold water.

Stayed with kids

Room was clean apart from that we had to ask for pillows to be changed as stained. Rooms dated but lobby area really nice. Pastries for breakfast a really nice touch. Near BART, cable cars, trams etc. Nice little hotel close to everything. Only comment I would say is sadly as a whole SF has gone downhill rapidly in the last few years. Although we enjoyed our stay at this hotel we probably won’t be back to be SF area for a while!
