The hotel is just ok for one night

Very comfortable room and great location for anyone traveling in/out of the Milan central station.

Staff was friendly. Proximity to milano centrale made it ideal for day trips! Room itself was dirty. Water marks from previous guest was still visible. I did not like how you needed to request items instead of making it available. Hotel entrance is very scary at night - people loitering

For the price of the room, it was not worth it. The good first, it was close to Milano Centrale, the view from the 7th floor was nice. The bad, when we entered the room there was a hole in the wall from the door handle, the tvs did not work, the room was crammed as if they were trying to fit as many beds as possible into it, there were water spots on the sink faucets, the tiles in the bathroom were not sealed so water got under them, and worst of all the shower drain did not work so if you took a shower too long it flooded the bathroom. The only staff worker that was helpful was the cleaning lady. She would always make our beds and do her job as you would expect a 4 star hotel would be. When we told the front staff about our problems they asked what room and then said they would fix it. That was on the first day. They didn’t write down our room number or anything, just said they would take care of it. It was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I would NOT recommend this hotel, the pictures deceive you and especially if it’s a hot day the lack of ventilation in the room makes it almost better to be outside and sweaty. Please do your research of the location of the hotel before you book.

Super conveniently located, near the main station. Clean room, helpful & friendly staff. Fuss free hotel

Awful hotel. The only positive location. At check in the staff couldn’t find our reservation in spite of giving them the reservation number and showing them the email. They were generally rude, didn’t tell us about the property etc. but worst of all is when my daughter went to the bathroom she slid the door closed without even locking it and the door jammed and she was locked in. We had to go to the lobby as no one answered our phone then after about 15 minutes a man came up with a butter knife to try to open it. In spite it being 9 pm he said all the maintainence staff had left. I had already been trying to open the door with a spoon but I handed it to him and after some time of fiddling with it the door finally opened. I might add that short of getting it open this way it would have needed to have been sawed open as there weren’t any hinges. I got the impression that this was not an uncommon occurrence. Also the man said as compensation box breakfasts for the airport would await us in the lobby in the morning he would write it in our room notes. there were no boxed breakfasts and there were no notes written. I wonder if I were traveling alone and did not take my phone to the bathroom I would not be found until the following day when the cleaning staff came. And I have no confidence that the shower alarm would actually work in this poorly run poorly maintained hotel that has no respect for weary travelers. The bed was broken, blankets lumpy, only 2 towels for 3. Avoid

Staff were very helpful when we had some difficulties getting in with the key card, and overall extremely friendly. Hotel was nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel very close to the Central Station, a short metro ride into Milan Centre
