Fantastic
Very clean rooms, nice staff, facilities. The breakfast buffet was great but Maybe can improve the latte and capuccino coffee and include it with no extra charge.

Great location, easy access to all Disney areas (quick and inexpensive uber if you don’t want to wait on the free shuttle). Great room service. The food was very good and served hot!

Checking in was quick and easy, room was clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor pool/lazy river. Restaurants on site were a little pricey but good food.

Stayed with kids

Two main issues with this hotel. 1. Everything is too expensive (i.e. coffee $9.00 (and you pour it yourself) or $30+ for cocktail). 2. Bus does not take you directly to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon.

Stayed with kids

Horrible experience in the lobby cafe on July 4th, one of the place attendants was not in a good mood because of the crowd and treated us very rude and uncourteous, we didn’t complain to upper management not to ruin our short stay but they are supposed to have a quality control system with their employees to guarantee the customer service is expected from that facility
