Top scores for staff friendliness and helpfulness. Top scores for the access to the Skyliner and to accessing the park using the Skyliner. Top scores for theming Top scores for food options. Very disappointed that our mobile food order was not ready when we arrived to pick it up and it took 2 requests to Jon for the food to finally get made and given to us, causing us to miss a lightning lane. Very disappointed that on the next day the pizza we ordered was delayed by the fact that it went unnoticed until other pizza boxes were piled on top of it and then they called out the names for all the pizzas piled on top of ours before they called ours. Very disappointed that most of the soft drink dispensers were empty on all four days we were there. Very disappointed that our TV stopped working twice in 4 days requiring a technician to come fix it.

The only negative was that we were placed into a room that we did not book and the staff didn’t even care to contact us beforehand to let us know. When we first contacted the front desk, I was lied to and told that I booked a family suite room and not a standard room (little mermaid). After finding proof, called again, the staff admitted that they sold out of Little Mermaid rooms so they decided to place us in an “upgraded room” but the theme of the room was Cars and my party consisted of all girls, one being a 5 year old who the trip was for. When we asked if it was possible for us to at least switch to one of the other two themes due to fact we were in a boy themed room as a group of girls, they caught an attitude and placed us on hold. They came back and told us that they took a little mermaid themed room from a party that hadn’t arrived yet and were giving it to us.

The room was clean, and smelled clean as well. The grounds were well kept and daily you would see staff everywhere working cleaning rooms, the property and all public areas. Staff were just so friendly and helpful. As a group of women, we did feel safe coming and going from our end of the resort to the restaurant and lobby. Our only issue was that another guest stole our door dash order, but driver chased the person down and got our food back. The driver did not follow hotel rules by coming directly into lobby and did not ask for a pin.
This was a very special trip and the staff were amazing.

It was fun staying at a Disney resort and I know this is in their "budget" category so the room was very basic. A long walk to the Skyliner and the restaurant. Taking the skyliner back at night took a long time. Overall a fun Disney experience but next time I would stay off resort at a much nicer hotel for less.
