We very happy with the quality of the smile hotel, all the staff is very friendly and helpful, the amenities is very convenient, except the elevator it's smell cigarettes 🚬 otherwise everything is very satisfied 😌

Compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in, this property needs significant improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness. The entire room — including the bedsheets and linens — looked like they hadn’t been washed or changed. We didn’t even feel comfortable changing our clothes because everything felt so unclean. The hotel really needs renovation, this is outdated.

Got a non-smoking room on a smoking-floor. Strong smoke smell. This was our 2nd stay at this property, mainly, because of it's close proximity to the train station which we find great for train connections.
