In the Robertson Quay Hotel, you get what you pay for. You won’t get help, or service, attentive check in, but it’s in a good location minus the massive construction up the block.

Fantastic
Fantastic family-friendly stay! The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a fantastic location close to everything we needed. While the pool is on the smaller side, it has a great little water slide that the kids absolutely loved. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful yet kid-approved place to stay!

Terrible staff, zero hospitality and extremely cold. I booked for 2 adults 1 child. The booking showed the same but the staff claimed they had no policy of add on child and had to pay extra for the child. They didn’t allow us to check in and asked us to contact the travel site we booked thru. We were to check out the next day at 12. We came down at 12.18 and they made us pay 25$ more for late check out. Zero information of late check out fee was told to us at check in. This is a cheat and the hotel is not even worth the cost. Cheap hotel demands for cheap staff and policies that steal from clients. Never go here.

The first message you get when you check in is your room is not available, we are giving you another room, you will babe to move to other room tomorrow. This has happened to me atleast 3 times. Internet was terrible this time

It took a couple reminders before a flickering light bulb in my room was fixed by the team. Cleanliness could be better, I could see stains on the wall which were not wiped off.

Clean room, near the metro, near the riverwalk, rooms were quiet enough (small gap under the door and the large open hallway makes it a little loud when other guests are loud.
