There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests are recommended to download the property's ST Signature Chat-In mobile app before check-in. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. There is no front desk at this property. Guests check-in and access their guestroom via the ST Signature Chat-In app on their smartphone. Guests can check-in via the app up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date, but the cabin access PIN code will only be activated at 3 PM on the check-in date. Guests will receive an email with access codes prior to their arrival. It is the property’s policy that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians and provide proof of this relationship in order to check-in. Other adults traveling with children must present a notarized permission document from a parent or guardian with supporting photo ID.

Thereafter, follow the instructions as prompted. Please note that you can complete your pre-arrival registration 6 days prior to arrival date. However, check in can only be completed while you are present at the hotel. - Credit card Pre-authorization at SGD 50 is required; this will be refunded to you 14 workings days after check-out. Please note that the refund for debit card might take longer, depend on the bank. - It is a must to check in with either your physical NRIC, FIN Card or passport. A selfie is required for check-in to match with the identification uploaded. - To unlock the door, please turn on Bluetooth on the phone and scan the phone over the door lock. - Early check-in and late checkout are subjected to availability and charges may apply. Please contact Community Hosts via the chat for the arrangement. - Extra bed is not allowed in all room types - If you are travelling with young children or the elderly, it is advisable to request for rooms with lower beds. - Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A SGD 100 fine will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. - The minimum age required to check in is 18 years.
