Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and I appreciated the bottles of water provided each day. So much within walking distance. Breakfast was ok - definitely more Indonesian. Lots of options for the restaurant and room service. A different complimentary activity available most days near the pool.

Staff were very friendly! The venue is a bit out dated, no drawers in the room, so. No where for you to keep your clothes except for a tiny amount of hanging space. But no real modern room amenities. The bed was a bit hard, but spacious. Room cleaning service would be knocking early hours of the morning while I was still in bed to clean my room! That wasn’t great! They woke me up a couple of times. When I put out a do not disturb sign they would call me to make sure I didn’t need a clean? I was told they charge for water in the room! I didn’t use their water I purchased my own. Food Room Service was amazing the food was fantastic and I really enjoyed that! The location is awesome..

Excellent friendly place, super convenient to everything well distance, restaurant, coffee shop, pharmacy, shopping! More importantly, very close to the airport. You can enjoy your stay if you have a layover in Bali Island.
