We stayed there for 15 days altogether and had a pleasant experience. Like many others mentioned, the breakfast buffet is awesome, lots of choices to choose from and they try to provide different variety daily. The location is very ideal, walking distance to 2 MRT stations, and located in the city center. The street facing unit which we had was a bit noisy at night but we got used to it as white noises. If you are a light sleeper, ensure you request non street facing and higher floor unit. The only imperfection this trip was that their washing machine and gym was under reno, otherwise, we would give it 6 stars.

Solo stay

The hotel was ok. The mattress was quite firm, and I contemplated leaving to another hotel. I do prefer firm mattresses but better-quality firmness. The mattress felt like it didn't have adequate support. The breakfast was great every morning. The front desk staff was ok. The gentleman that I interacted with when I initially arrived at night didn' t even greet me. However, when I complained about the mattress in the morning to another front desk staff that was a female, she was extremely polite and tried to assist. I ultimately stayed in the same room.
