Fantastic
Have stayed here a number of times now and the staff are always friendly and welcoming! In a very handy spot that makes it easy to get around anywhere in the city. The only problem I had was not being able to get the details for the amazing fragrance you smell when you walk in to the reception area!

Overall I enjoyed the location and the room. The features are ok but getting a bit close to a refresh like the shower and TV. However, it was very clean so if it’s at the rate I got I am very happy. We stay every year due to the location and value.

Below average
Rented the penthouse for an important meeting. The older lady at the front desk was downright rude when asked for assistance, or questions about FOB but we were blown away at the feedback from visitors we were hosting for a business meeting at how poorly they were treated on arrival. We won't be using Aura again and recommend staying away for professional use.
