Smoke detector had a cover over it, couch had cig burn on it as did the coffee table. Balcony door did not lock. There was an annoying constant beep all night which before we left found it to be the washing machine.

The room as great for us. Walking distance to everything we were doing and seeing. Close to the train station so we left cars at home. Enjoyed the late checkout with a morning gym and swim session which was the perfect antidote for a long day and late night the day before. Super comfortable and convenient.

A very spacious option in a fantastic location! Light rail at your door. Railway station 5 mins on the same street. The property was clean and had that extra room as its a small apartment. We travelled for 2 nights with friends and we could have them in our room as there was separate lounge space. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but looked good. Great value too.

Very good value hotel if you want a bit more space or more in-room amenities (washer/dryer, kitchen) than a standard hotel room. Property was well-maintained and wifi worked well. Rooms that face Flinders Street may be a little noisy due to trains going by. Rooms off the street will be more quiet.

Clean decent sized room, just in a dodgy area and very close to Southern Cross station which is very conenient, but you can hear train noise. So if you are a light sleeper I don't recommend it.

When we arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m. on the day of our reservation, we went to the front desk to leave our luggage before check-in. To our surprise, our room was already ready, and the staff kindly gave us our room key right away. Since we were traveling with a young child, being able to rest for a while was a huge help. We really appreciated this thoughtful service. Thank you!
