Good Recently We stayed at APA hotel Nippori for five nights. We found a drainage problem on the sink on first day and complained about it on next day. The hotel’s staff member came to fix the sink for a few times with no luck. I didn’t think they have hotel maintenance staff unfortunately.
We ended up to live through with the smelly clogged sink. They gave us free three hours late check out for the compensation after we negotiated.

FantasticStayed with friends
The hotel was very clean, conveniently located near the station, and definitely worth the price. The staff were also kind and helpful during my stay.
The only downside was that the bed felt a bit too narrow and quite soft. I also wish there had been unlimited complimentary tea and coffee available.
One small issue was that after housekeeping took the pajamas for laundry, they often forgot to return the obi belt together with them.

Fantastic This is your classic Tokyo value hotel. Rooms are small and efficient.
I wouldn't say it's the nicest APA hotel I've stayed at, but it was most certainly good enough and worth the price paid. I would stay here again.
It's very close to Nippori station, easy enough if you're hauling bags. Nippori is a straight shot to Narita Airport on the Skyliner train, so the location is absoultely excellent for those looking for easy travel from Narita.

Rooms were kept clean, staff were always friendly. There are only 2 sets of dryer + washers so you might have to plan laundry accordingly.

FantasticStayed with family · For friends and family
It’s right by the nippori station so that in itself is a big plus. The rooms are on the smaller end but very much doable for a party of two in one bed, and especially for a solo traveler.
Laundry is on the second floor and very easy to use. Also, never had the breakfast buffet but it is a traditional Japanese breakfast and not an American one, which is great for those looking for that.
Nippori itself is a lively city, with a quiet and calmer neighborhood to the right of the hotel, and plenty of restaurants, cafe’s, and activities to the left. I personally enjoyed the quick and easy access to the area, and the quick walk to Familymart and the station.
Staff was as friendly as can be, and I recommend this place for those on a budget! It’s a few stops from Ueno and akihabara and Tokyo station on the JR line, which means a great ability to move anywhere
Definitely recommend
