Stayed with kids

We weren’t sure what to expect, but, we definitely were not disappointed with our stay. We actually canceled our reservation at a different hotel so that we could stay here again. The rooms and facilities were clean and included everything we needed.

Solo stay

At first glance this hotel seems like it will be a fun experience, but no. -There is only one elevator for the whole hotel, so it can take about 10mins or more to get to your floor or the front desk. -There is no seat coverings for the toilets, so its a hot bed for getting sick. -The fans in your capsule are a joke. You will roast. -Staff members coughing into their hands, as they lay out breakfast. -No fresh linens unless you pay. Nasty. -No staff after 1am. When someone's card key didn't work, they were left outside all night, till another traveler arrived. -The staff is just not helpful. The bare minimum is done. -So many coughing and sick people, again a hotbed for illness for travelers in such a small space. I will never stay again.

Capsule hotel, but you get a lot. Great location. Facilites are clean. Staff is helpful. Good vibe. If you just need a good safe place to rest your head during your stay, and revealing solo, this is a good option.
