Outstanding stay- very nice and clean room, quiet AC, fresh smells throughout the hotel. Impressive lobby that looks classy and if you have a meal there in the restaurant on the first floor it is a very nice decor to look at. They have a nice music playing as well, not loud and relaxing. Very polite and attentive staff. Valet service only for parking, was a new thing for me and you need some cash for tipping. Overall, very impressed and would stay again, although with the homeless scene going at the strip, I’m unlikely to visit LV again. I guess if you manage to stay away from it, it could be a pleasant memory.

Great trip, my husband and I wanted a quick and relaxing getaway and that’s exactly what we got. Staff was great, location was perfect and service was fantastic. We will definitely be back

Great property luxury even for vegas

My only issue was that the room keys did not get programmed originally, and I had to wait through the whole check-in process a second time to get the problem fixed. Other than that, the stay was fantastic.

Nice Staff

This is the third time I have stayed at the resort. We enjoy the mellow vibe and no gambling. The rooms are nice and big, the staff are friendly, the restaurant is adequate, The spa is nice but too expensive. We actually booked a spa appointment at the Wynn, which has a beautiful, well appointed spa and saved around $200. The gym is adequate. But, this is the second time out of three stays there has been a problem with the pool. A previous stay in the month of April, the pool was ice cold. Literally, almost nobody could get in. It was fairly busy and everyone was sitting around the pool with their feet in, but it was too cold to swim, even though they advertise a heated pool. This stay the pool was FILTHY. The water was so murky and brown, you could barely see your feet when you were in it. It felt gross to be in it. We stayed 4 nights and it was like this the entire stay. I am not a habitual complainer, but I'm tired of spending my hard earned money and getting burned. I spoke to the life guard supervisor and the front desk when I checked out. They were nice and said they would escalate it to management, but who knows if they really will. We go to Vegas 1-2 times per year, and unfortunately our next stay will be at another resort. We don't gamble so the pool area and other amenities are important to us. This should be an embarrassment to a "high end" resort and I hope they correct these property issues.
