Amazing Hotel amazing staff it’s a Shangri-La and it never disappoints. I wish I remembered the people who helped us directly, but not one of the people who work in a hotel were rude or nothing. Everybody was so nice so helpful so polite accommodating will continue to stay at Shangri-La’s.

This is the top choice for me in Kuala Lumpur because of the quality of service, professional and helpful attitude of the staff, especially in the lobby. Centrally located, close to everything.
