The hotel was okay although it’s starting to feel a bit tired in places and in need of a refresh. Staff were friendly with the exception of the front office staff who when we checked in seemed to be more interested in other matters. Breakfast has a wide ranging choice but it’s just too busy and chaotic.

Nice resort with lovely staff and good location. However although the room size was around 50m2, however we had two suitcases and had problem to find space for one of them. The air con was noisy and there was an issue with the hand shower as it was only spraying on the wall :) However all together a nice resort.

Stayed with family

The rooms were clean. Good view. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was very good! We love the variety of dishes offered. We walked around the place and loved the greeneries. Lush green! The pool was big. The splash pad is something we might try when we bring our grandchildren. Our luggage was brought to the room in a timely manner. The rooms were already ready for us. We were greeted at the parking drop off by wonderful staff. Overall, great experience. Will come back!!

Stunning communal areas but dated rooms The lobby and pool areas are great but I felt there was a lot lacking in terms of warmth of customer service The kids soft play is SGD45 for 3 hour even for hotel guests, the Splash waterpark area is limited to one morning or afternoon per accomodation night. None of these limitations are made clear at booking despite those areas being advertised as bonuses for families Staff felt undertrained with different answers given for the same questions. Including a request for a glass of milk for a child being SGD 10. Perplexing to say the least It is a nice hotel and looks the part on arrival but it's without warmth of customer service
