The bathroom was old and it needs to upgrade badly.
The towels were poor quality and was not enough.
No breakfast nor shuttle service.
I wanted to switch to another hotel after a couple days but the contract didn’t allow me.

Convenient location to the Shinkansen train station. Older property that still uses an actual key and not a keycard. Price was fair considering the oldness of the hotel. It served its purpose.

I stayed for four nights and had a very comfortable stay.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and having a washer and dryer on site was very helpful for a longer stay.
The location was great—about a five-minute walk from the station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Hotel is located right next to shin-yokohama which is a major transport hub. Tokyo about an hour away. Yokohama about 15 minutes. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby, shopping center, karaoke, and a 7/11. Also a direct route to and from Haneda airport.
The hotel is a bit on the older side. Rooms are going to be very small, and bathrooms even smaller -- but that's par for the course in Japan. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, and they understand (and in some cases speak) English.

The Location is perfect with direct access to JR Shikensen and other subway. The staff in the hotel will do what ever is possible to make your stay comfortable. Like everything in Japan the Room are Clean, no noise a plus in such big city.
