Room was cleaned everyday Staff are very helpful and accommodating Excellent breakfast- a big plus before you start the day. Stayed for 6 days and we had a superb experience. Highly recommended.

This property was conveniently located and was fine with what we were looking for. It was very clean but a little outdated, this did not bother us. The main thing was that it’s affordable, especially for the location and also having breakfast included which had a decent amount of options. We were able to store our luggage after checkout for no cost. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget!

Everyday we had a new towels. The breakfast has a variety of choices. Close to Lawson which we get our food and snacks. The staff were very friendly. Good place to stay.

Reserved a high level room before check in time but the staff gave us another low level one after shopping at night time, so disappointed. The hotel is pretty old, smelly bedding, broken washroom under sink.

Really convenient location to popular and busy streets, stores, restaurants, and other attractions. The free buffet breakfast I thought was pretty good, like a 3.5 out of 5. They had toast, waffles, eggs, assortment of veggies in a stir fry with some kind of protein) changes everyday), mini sausages. They also had green salads, pasta or potato salad, soup, and cereal and milk if u prefer. Nothing wrong with the roon although I'll say it's a little dated.

Our 7 days stayed here was excellent experience , good customer service, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, great location to restaurant, Dotonbori, shops, mall , train station and nice places. I highly recommend this hotel.
