Overall an excellent hotel and experience. Clean and liked the option to request the room is not cleaned for a day, for which the hotel would plant a tree. Great location and the room was lovely. Only element that wasn’t in the room that I would have liked were bathrobes, but that’s a small detail and we’d definitely stay again.

The room was really clean and I felt like the space in the room really helpful for me and my family. The staff were kind and guilted is to the right path. The air conditioning was really good because The moment we set it , it instantly made the room feel better. I felt that this hotel was in the best area because it had shops, food, and even a mall. It is so close to all the attractions and it helped our family by a whole lot.

Very elegant hotel, with clean, fresh and tastily decorated rooms and good amenities in central Rotterdam. The breakfast “market” (you “shop” what you want to eat and pay accordingly) is lacking variety a little and there are no hot food options, otherwise a highly recommended hotel choice. Highlight for me was how quiet the room was- I did not have to wear my earplugs I normally wear at night!

L’hôtel est bien situé pour se déplacer à pied. La chambre de bonne dimension est très propre et la salle de bain moderne. Avec fenêtre au 3e étage mais la vue était affreuse.
Malgré notre arrivée très tôt à cause du vol transatlantique, aucune chance d’obtenir une chambre avant 15h. On nous a dit qu’on pouvait s’assoir au salon de l’étage. Nous avons l’habitude de voyager et il y avait plusieurs années que nous n’avions pas eu la moindre possibilité d’obtenir une chambre pour se reposer du long décalage. Les bons hôtels le font de nos jours, même si l’heure officielle est 15h. Le personnel s’est montré intraitable et nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié.

Only stayed for one short night but the room was comfy, very big and the bathroom was very clean, modern with a nice shower.
Hotel is well located, close to the train station and in the centre of town.
Good value hotel, would recommend.

Room was very clean and maintained that way. Air conditioning - we turned it down. So tgat was okay. Plenty of shopping opportunitues near by. Food market was good for breakfast - i don't eat a large breakfast so a buffet woukd ve wasted on me. I still like a breakfast on site so it was good to be able to pay for what you eat. Also possible to get a hit drink or..... 24/7.
