Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Conveniently located and accessible to all points in Tokyo.

Clean rooms with a friendly staff in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Hatchobori JR station.

The hotel was less than five minutes walk from the subway (look for the lift exit) and we were warmly welcomed. We arrived early and although the room wasnt free we left our bags. It was a very convienient base to explore Tokyo from. We did not have breakfast there but there are coffee shops and resturants nearby. The room was clean and fresh although we did have to ask how to operate the lights (there is a black panel with black switches on it in the recess of the headboard!!). It was our first experience of Japanese toilets and once you got used to a constantly warm seat and preflushing when you sat down the whole 'bidet' experience was quite nice.
