Very helpful receptionist. She helped me on planning route to airport and eventually called a taxi for me The room is clean and functioning excellently Breakfast is wonderful. This is my second time staying in this hotel. It serves the best breakfast in our three weeks trip in Japan The hotel locates in a quiet residential neighborhood. Many restaurants are around. The train station is 3 minutes away. Very convenient.

Perfect location, right across the street is Shiomi Station; 3 stops from Tokyo station and 3 stops from Disney. Great and helpful staff. Landry facilities are awesome except that for a large load it may require an extra cycle of dry. We are a family of 5 in a room with 3 beds.

This hotel is conveniently located near a train station. Facilities are very modern and clean. You won’t find more comfortable rooms in Tokyo. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is mid. The biggest complaint is that there is no water bottle refill station. But overall this is a great hotel. We would stay there again.

Our family stayed for two nights and loved our room. It was spacious, clean and had traditional elements. The breakfast was outstanding and was a great start to the day. The only drawback was getting around from that location, it seemed to take us three trains with transfers to get to anywhere we needed to.

Great hotel Excellent reception and breakfast Neat and efficient self service laundry Clean, quiet I like the design of the room. Room is not big but fully functioning Separate restroom and bathroom Just next to train station but the connection to Tokyo Station takes 10 to 15 minutes walk No exercise facilities However it is still wonderful and we will stay here again next time
