Fantastic

Solo stay

Great location in Hanoi’s Old Quarter! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast wasn’t available during my stay due to some kind of problem with the dining room, but the hotel manager refunded me the amount I had prepaid for the breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi!

First time in Vietnam....My wife and I booked for 5 nights, Sunday to Friday. We arrived 11 am Sunday and room was available. That first night was horrible after a long flight. The bed was flat...tha appliance weren't connected properly, TV was not connected. I managed to connect the cable (HDMI). I planned an excursion to Halong Bay for 2 days. I returned to the Hotel on Tuesday. I paid for 5 nights but we left after one night. I booked another Hotel nearby for the rest of the week. The airport shuttle that was provided by the property was to high I later found out.

The staff was very nice and the location was great. The carpets need a deep cleaning. Some rooms are decent and good for a quick night or two while other rooms are not. Breakfast is on the roof top. A small selection of food. Some rooms don’t have windows which was ok.
