We stayed here the bathroom was full of black molds and rust i ask the staff if they could clean it because we are very tired from our early morning flight and didn't get enough sleep they offer us a different room had the same issues molds on the tiles and lots of water stains and brown rust on the shower. Since it was midnight like 2am we decided to stay and get to sleep to our original room because we have a tour in the morning. I notice the lamp has molds as well The location is perfect but the cleanliness is very bad and poor i hope they do better..

It was a decent hotel in a convenient location. The cleaning staff were helpful. The restaurant was under renovation, so there was no breakfast. The room could use some upkeep, so it did not live up to the images on the website.

We had an extremely bad experience we had booked two rooms on turning the bed down baby faeces were present over the sheets.Very upsetting our friend vomited on discovering this hotel changed sheets but no apology or recompense. Hotel.com should remove this hotel from recommended list.

We stayed one night here. They put us on the first floor and it was loud all night. The room was dirty and needs an update. The bed felt like a brick and the safe wasn't working properly.

Clean and tidy hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi close to the lake. Staff were friendly and polite. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. View over lake at breakfast was amazing. Hotel close to shops and markets, area easy to get around once you have street map, ask at front desk. Able to leave luggage at hotel while doing overnight tours.
