Centrally located, great clean room with amenities like in-room washer & dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. Overall hotel was maintained very clean and tidy Staff were very pleasing, professional and ready to help in providing directions to site-seeing locations, shopping, transportation and restaurants in the Ginza. Breakfast selection was great with fresh breads, fruits, other dishes with vegan/vegetarian options.

Wish I could give staff and service an extra star! We had a personalized greeting and were welcomed with champagne. The room itself was fantastic, and the breakfast was top notch! As for the location, it is only a short walk to the Hakodate Ropeway, and other tourist areas along the waterfront, making it the perfect location. An excellent stay! <3
