Really enjoyed my stay here it was pretty close to a lot of good food and not far from the shopping district from the train. The food looked good will try it next time!

Staff was friendly and helpful, they spoke some English yay. Laundry was good, near our suite. Although being near the laundry suit also meant being near the elevators, sound proofing could use work.

This is my second time booking with this hotel branch. The hospitality, and quality has exceeded my expectation both times. The hotel is in such a convenient location. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. There are a variety of restaurants around the area that are popular for traditional dishes. In terms of the staff, they were super helpful and accommodating to my requests.

Richmond Hotel Nagayo is conveniently located near our favorite places and is right in front of the Nagoya City tourist loop bus P758. Breakfast is sufficient. Rooms are bigger that’ll the usual Japan hotels
