Stayed with family · For friends and family

Reception staff were rude and unhelpful - which is atypical for a country known for being polite. No business center - so we had to sit at a corner of the lobby for a virtual meeting but got yelled at by a staff. Location is a bit off center - about 10 min walk to nearby subway stations (there are many hotels nearby that are more convenient). The house cleaning staff were friendly and the room was clean.
