Stayed in a two bedroom suite. Overall experience at The Jervois was great. Staffs at the front desk were helpful. Location of the hotel is very central, many restaurants and cafes nearby, conveniently located. Only wished the washer and dryer in the unit can be wash and dry in one cycle.

Solo stay

Room wasn’t very clean - there was coffee stain on the bedside table and also on the floor. It was quite dusty. Telephone doesn’t work which I had to go to the reception to get it fixed. The phone number (landline number) provided did not work. Towels were old. Location was good, AC functioning

This is our second visit and our go to when visiting HK. Thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Jervois. The rooms are well appointed, spacious and generally well sound-proofed (for HK) Cannot fault the comfort as we slept very well despite contending with jet lag for a few nights. The location is very close to good restaurants, cafes and within a 3 minute walk to Sheung Wan MTR. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous throughout. Thanks to Angela and the team. We wouldn't hesitate to stay
