The front desk gave us a room with clogged toilet and the problem was known for over a month. The young lady also refused to remediate the problem other than moving us to another room after having us wait and waste 2 hours. Will not go back to the hotel.

Very nice stayed & clean & beautiful room. In the New World Millennium Hotel in Hong Kong they recognized you being Expedia member & allows you to late check out to 12 noon. I wish the same for Sheraton Towers in Singapore.

The breakfast was quite expensive, and the seating arrangement was very disappointing. We had to share a table with other guests each day, with no option for separate seating. This really took away from the overall experience.
