Fantastic
Staff were very helpful. They lent us an iron and ironing board so we can press our clothes that got wrinkled during the trip. After checking out in the morning they helped store our luggage until we were ready to leave for the airport that same day. The room staff were very accommodating in changing our bathroom towels almost every day and taking our garbage as well. It would be nice for long term stays to have a self service laundry facility. Their location was key as the Keisei Skyliner and local train station was just across the road. We didn't have to drag our luggage into full trains. The view of the Shinobazuno pond was very nice from the 15th floor. Will for sure return to this hotel on our next trip.

This hotel is a very clean and functional place in a great location. The rooms are very small but that is to be expected. Perfect for one person on a budget.
