Love the free sake, soda water and coffee available at the lobby. Laundry machine inside the room is extremely convenient.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Karasuma Oike Station, making it easy to get around Kyoto and visit major attractions. There are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafés nearby. The room was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards. One of the best features was the in-room washer/dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet at night, so we slept very well. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of Japanese and Western options. It was a great way to start each day before sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and made both check-in and check-out quick and easy. Traveling with my son was much easier because of this hotel. The combination of comfort, location, and excellent facilities made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

This was a great hotel and location. The staff was so nice! I loved the amenities like the soda/coffee machines, toiletries, and luggage storage. The foot bath was so relaxing and perfect for those who are uncomfortable with traditional onsen. But the best part...a washing machine! I will stay here again just for this feature. It was nice to do laundry in our room before moving on to the next leg of the trip. Highly recommend.

We loved this hotel and their amenities, such as the communal foot bath and beverage station! The location was great, very close to a metro station and various good restaurants. Their breakfast buffet was also very delicious. It was a good balance of Japanese and western dishes.

Les employés étaient vraiment aidant surtout Pong. L’hôtel est bien située à 1 min de marche d’un 7/11 et d’un Starbucks. Le foot bath était vraiment relaxant. Il y a aussi du saké gratuit.

Clean room, good breakfast, convenient location

The hotel itself is very nice and would recommend! It’s good walking distance from a lot of nearby street market which was nice and right by a 7/11 which was also very nice haha. We had a superior double I believe and it was very nice! The only thing was our shower had a leak and would leak onto the floor a bunch and it did have a small bathroom. But we were helped immediately and switched to another room. Would definitely recommend!
