Solo stay

I had a business room that had a washing machine and dryer in it, which was a surprise and quite useful. The complementary Ramen was a nice touch and of course The onsen bathing was nice. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a great hotel chain that my family use when traveling to Japan. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall is clean but some equipment showed sign of wear and tear, especially at the bath house area.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, everything was super clean, the breakfast was spectacular, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the baths were divine and the laundry room was super efficient and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It was also very quiet and dark in our room.
