Excellent and affordable base to visit Tokyo. Readily accessible to subway. Small yet efficient rooms. Every room has washer/dryer. Affordable even when booking two rooms for our family of four. In Tsujuki fish market, easy walk to Kabukiza theater and shopping district.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay at. It’s right in the heart of the Tsukiji Outer Market. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Plus the in room washer/dryer was super convenient. Unfortunately, the mattress had a huge hole in it. My guess is the springs collapsed. It made for a terrible nights rest. We informed the staff about the issue. They were very helpful. They initially told us they would replace the mattress in our room. Instead, we were moved to a different room, but the new room was smaller than what we paid for. We also had to move all of our luggage and clothes from one room to another, which was mildly inconvenient but understandable because the staff felt it was inappropriate to handle our clothes. I would still recommend this hotel because of the helpful staff and for the location.

The hotel is directly across the street from a temple and is within walking distance to the markets and shopping centers. The room contained a washer/dryer combo machine, which was convenient. The hotel also provides free umbrellas for use in case of rain. The room was clean and comfortable. It also had a kitchenette with microwave and sink. It had the amenities guests would need. The lobby had a coffee/tea machine free for guests all day/night. There were Japanese and Western breakfast options for purchase as well. Overall, the stay was great!

房間乾淨，餐具充足，有煮食的電磁爐，也有微波爐，最重要的是有洗衣及乾衣設備，熱水供應快，因為在築地外市場，所以去築地用餐及買東西都比較方便，附近有不錯的咖啡店，牛肉飯餐廳，亦有便利店，只是交通有點遠，但可以有自費的行李送到成田機場，如果是羽田機場，酒店本身好像有免費的行李運送（因為我是前往成田，所以這個不太清楚），如果你想在築地買多點東西，這間酒店是不錯的選擇。

We really enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay Hotel. The location was very convenient for train access and to the market.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even allowed us to store our luggage a day before check-in, which was greatly appreciated.
We also loved the hair dryer in the room, it was the best we’ve used.
Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we’d happily stay here again.
