I stayed two nights and nobody came to clean my room, despite the fact that I hung a "please clean my room" sign outside my door from morning until late at night. I simply informed the receptionist (without even complaining) the following day during my checkout. The receptionist simply stated, "Why didn't you call last night, now the duty person has already left," without sorry or apologizing, and with an unhappy demeanor, as if it were all our fault.

Satisfied with my stay. Nothing to complain about given the room rate and its boutique hotel status.

I picked the suite but it was way overpriced comparatively to surrounding. Place was okay but value wise, not great. Hot water may need to wait 30 mins.
