FantasticStayed with family
Robot front desk was fun and different, but they were supported by humans in the background for more complex inquiries. Overall, great stay. The beds are super firm, but if you don't mind a firm bed, this is a great place to stay-- super convenient location, clean, delicious restaurant below (if you like Indian), etc. Overall, would recommend.

FantasticStayed with kids
The hotel room was clean and it was big enough for 3 of us. We also had the biggest bathroom we had during our stay in Japan ao very happy about that. Location was great, very near station and other great eateries that we get to eat like ramen and sushi. My partner still raved that ramen place until today and that LG styler in the room that made strelise and clean our clothes everyday!

Good Stayed here recently and overall it was a bit of a strange experience.
The room itself was decent and clean, and the location is great — that is probably the biggest plus. There was also a clothes steamer/refresher box in the room, which was a nice touch.
That said, the hotel feels very bare-bones. No real amenities, just a microwave in the lobby and basic luggage storage.
The biggest downside was the atmosphere — the humanoid robots at check-in were honestly quite creepy, and combined with the decor (doilies and artificial flowers), the whole place had a very odd, almost uncomfortable vibe.
We also tried the vacuum packing machine in the lobby (3 × 300 yen), and the seal failed almost immediately — completely useless.
Clean and well-located, but overall not a place I would stay at again.

GreatStayed with friends
The androids manning the check-in definitely feels like a gimmick more than anything else, but the whole self-service system works pretty well for the most part. The room itself was overall good. It was cozy, but everything was up to a pretty good standard. TV was a good size, HDMI port was accessible if you wanna connect a laptop. And the bathroom was pretty good.
Luggage storage was available, which was great. Laundry on the 2nd floor got the job done.
The location is fantastic. Akihabara is one stop away by train, or just a quick 20 minute walk if you're too scared to tackle the trains right away. But when you do, Asakusabashi station is relatively quiet compared to most, so you can figure it all out without too much pressure.
Very glad we had this as our first stop after landing in Japan, as it was the perfect area to get our bearings for the trip ahead. Solid recommendation.
