Stayed with kids

There are good location. We can walk to Trang Tien river, a lot of shop and restaurants around the hotel. Only thing I don’t care much about the hotel is that it has a cockroach .

Solo stay

Disappointed that I had to move rooms twice. There was some mixup for the first room they put me in so they had to move me into another room. The 2nd room AC was not working well, so they had to move me into 3rd room. Each time, I had already unpacked, so had to repack and move. Staff. Breakfast was good, but not great.

My main issue is there is so much noise coming from the karaoke in the 11 floor while we stay on the 10 floor. Even it stops around 10 pm, but 7-10 pm every night is such the largest nuisance we have

Fantastic
The breakfast and restaurant is excellent with very efficient staff. The spa was very nice. Our room was perfect. The laundry and housekeeping staff are very efficient and welcoming. The staff in reception is exceptional and always makes our stay memorable. They treat us like family.

We had the room with beautiful view off the bridge Excellent location, walkable to attractions, restaurants, nightlife. Room was spacious. The only problem was the shower in the bathtub, there was no curtain so the water run down to the floor
