Fantastic
Room was a good size, considering the location. Close to the Keikyu train station and shops/restaurants close by. My only complaint is that there are only 2 washer/dryer combos for the entire hotel which takes 2 hours but still doesn’t dry the clothes, so I had to hang dry in the room. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Booked two twin bed room. It was much larger than I expected for a Tokyo hotel. Close to subway station, lots of eating in area. Restaurant in hotel but didn't use. Room was clean, well laid out, large bathroom, beds were comfortable, didn't hear outside noises. Staff was nice and could leave luggage there after checking out.
