We booked this hotel on the spot on the same day of arrival and our experience was just great. Best staff with nice service attitude and wonderful smile on their face. Room was super clean and beautiful. Food was 1st class. Our stay was overall exceeded our expectations.

Solo stay

I am a very picky person and I loved everything about this hotel. The only 2 downfall that it had was no balcony, the towels and the robes need to be replaced. They're a bit dingy, but it smells great. The staff is great, the view is beautiful and it looks absolutely amazing from the time you walk in to every other part that you enter

The Brighton Grand Hotel is an up-to-date hotel that meets the needs of a convention and transient customer. A nice relaxing hotel with bar, swimming pool, restaurant, that is set back from the main road Pattaya Na Kluea Road. Walkable (30mins) to Terminal 21 and to Wong Amat Beach.

Pool and gym were nice. Prepaid dining on 11th floor isn't as good as the pay breakfast on the 10th. Nice location unless you want to stay in the beach. We felt the location was quiet which we wanted.
