July, 23_huly26. 2026 My fifth visit to Pattaya for the past four year , I can't say I tried every kind of hotels services , but I tell you this hotel is beyond the 5 stars service from the moment you arrive to time you don't want to go back to work. I had a little incident in my room which required cleaning it from nature cause its no ones fault, I called the front desk suddenly I found three staff members between cleaning and moving me to a new room in minutes. The only problem I had is they kept apologizing for nature fault every time I meet any staff member. Marina Suite is the room if you love the sea view like my very essential for a vacation, Huge lobby with a snack or drink bar I didn't use neither the pool or GYM . Honestly I was enough for me to walk about 25,000 steps a day while enjoying everything. The hotel in a quite area yet its in a walking distance of shopping malls , beach, night life. I thank the staff and the management for a great fun memorable vacation.

The room I booked was not available and they switch me to the Cruise hotel, which is a beautiful property.

Overall good - small things if you look close enough. Otherwise ok. Bathroom definitely needs bath floor towels vs home style floor mat. Bed was comfortable/ AC runs good and quiet

Close to the beach. Clean rooms and showers/bathrooms. A/c worked great. Close to lots of dining and bar options. Easy check-in. Staff was helpful and polite. Will stay again.

This property was built in 2017. I don’t think they refurbished or improved anything since. It shows. It needs love. The breakfast buffet is a 3/5. The location is great.

I recently stayed at the Mytt hotel and was appalled by the predatory pricing and lack of hospitality. Every interaction with the staff was transactional rather than welcoming, and I was hit with multiple surcharges that were never mentioned during my reservation. A hospitality brand should prioritize guest comfort over finding every possible reason to add a fee.

The room was very nice.
