Solo stay

The front door (auto sliding) is never locked during night time even though it’s said so on the poster. For safety reason, I’d prefer it’s locked during late night

They made us pay an extra when we arrived. They said the room we booked wasn’t available so we had to pay extra for the other room. It’s just ridiculous because we booked the room already.
