Great location with free shuttle from HSR to the bus stop across the hotel. Hotel is clean and spacious. Staff is very helpful. Lots of restaurants and a big supermarket with walking distance. We always stay at this hotel every time when we visit Tainan City.

Clean and spacious room. We had 2 twin beds with a balcony. Spaciois bathroom with separate bath and shower. Bidet WC. Plenty of storage. Has numerous tv channels with Youtube option.

Stayed here last time, stayed here again. GREAT breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, and concierge with help on tourist information. Location has easy access to local buses and HSR shuttle line, located by Taipei City Hall. Easy access to rest of city. Located in the newer western business district with Anping nearby. But also easy walkable access to walk more toward into town. Nearby, lots of dining and Carrefour to get groceries, snacks, or other foods like more traditional Taiwanese food, etc.

Very modern setup. Staff are super friendly, they always say "hello" at every encounters. The room space is pretty big and all amenities are good. Bed is very comfortable and always have a good night sleep. Drinking water machine is available on every floor as well as bubble water machine. Hotel bikes is free to borrow and small fee more motor bikes. Just the elevators are somehow compact.

我在這裡是準備考試，所以幾乎整天都待在房間裡面讀書。這裡房間有浴缸，還有書桌。有迎賓水果及可樂飲料。上電梯有服務人員服務，電梯要刷卡才能上樓，保障旅客的隱私。星期六下午兩點半至四點半有幾樣小點心可以吃。

The room was huge and clean, with a nice view. The hotel is a bit dated and the decor rings 80's. There appears to be updates here and there but overall, it seemed stuck in another era. The staff is pleasant and the area around is lively without being a nuisance.

Great service attitude. Give the service staff full marks. The service staff's service attitude is very good. They will take the initiative to say hello, which is very friendly. Other items are all 4 stars. It is suggested that old towels should be eliminated.
