Housekeeping staff extremely friendly and helpful. I thought I included breakfast on my booking but the hotel staff the breakfast was not included. The price is steep over $18 USD per person. Location close to train station.

Spacious, comfortable hotel in a very convenient location one block from the train station. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. I was there during the off season and they upgraded me to a larger room, which I appreciated.

Very convenient location, clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. The only inconvenience for me is that there is no desk in the room. Desk is important for business travers.

This hotel used to be the best in the city long time ago but now it’s just a middle class hotel because of all service from the hotel and the people which are working in the hotel I think it’s just amateur.

第一次住台南便選了台南大飯店，網上評論不錯也喜歡他鄰近火車站。服務員全都很友善，行李存放服務很好（可提供冷凍服務）。對還是用鎖匙的木門有點懷疑，也似乎令對走廊的隔音不太好，而酒店房間整齊整潔，光線和床鋪我也喜歡；洗澡的熱水很夠👍有冰箱也實在加分👍 飯店附近不算很多地攤小吃，但有一些快餐店和便利店；對面有郵局如要寄信超方便，向新三越方向行6分鐘有一家好喝的咖啡店「決哥」，為了我這次旅程添上色彩。
