The employees at this location are extremely helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. The toiletries provided to the guests are amazing. We stayed in 3 hotels during our 10 day stay in Japan and this was my favorite. It was the quietest, least popular, least expensive, and the best.

Surprisingly fancy. Would have chose this hotel for a longer stay had I known about it sooner. Booked this place as a last minute stay since we missed our Shinkansen train to Osaka and were very impressed.

Very clean, central location, can walk to a 7 eleven and excellent Ramen restaurants. The hotel also holds your luggage when using luggage delivery services and when checking out and have a couple of hours to spare before your departure flight. Very convenient!

Outstanding when it comes to the staff, housekeepers and location. The manager took care of us right away when we had some minor issues with the room. Stayed here for 9 days. Very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to hamamatsucho station. Convenient stores and places to eat are walkable as well. Room are expected to be smaller since it’s an older building comparing to the newer hotels that we have stayed in both tokyo and osaka. We had 8 luggages and did a lot of shopping so just had to work with the space you have. They don’t have a designated laundry area but there is one that’s 2 minutes away close to 7-11. Overall our experience was great.
