Hotel Grand Park Inn

The property description is a bit misguiding. The booking was breakfast inclusive, but there's no restaurant on premise. They rent a kitchen next door and just do room service. Given the area around itself is noisy, it is understood that the property will be noisy too, but some precautions could have been taken. Bathroom is a bit inconvenient too. It's clean but not user friendly.

overall good experience, very hospitable reception seems owners are operators of this business. Spacious clean rooms, no tea kettle and bathrooms required some attention.

Not a good experience. The rooms were terrible compared to the price. A lot of outside noise in the rooms. Won't recommend.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. The hotel staff however helped keep us safe and gave us everything we needed. Thanks for a great and affordable stay!

Just good

Sure, here are gentler rephrasings of those statements: 1. "The room could benefit from more thorough cleaning, especially in the washroom to enhance hygiene." 2. "It would be nice if the room had a pleasant scent, especially considering the age of the property." 3. "Generally, it was a satisfactory stay, though there are areas where improvements could enhance the experience."

The staff was very courteous. Room was clean , and bathrooms were good enough. This place is nearby to many key areas .

The staff was great, all the staff people were great, really helpful, helped me with my last minute booking for extended stay. Nice and clean rooms. Highly recommend. 5*. The food was also great, home cooked food and quick service.

I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Park Inn in New Delhi's Karol Bagh neighborhood, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who immediately made me feel welcomed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and well-appointed lobby. My room at Hotel Grand Park Inn was nothing short of fantastic. The spaciousness and cleanliness were remarkable, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the room amenities provided everything I needed for a convenient stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. They were always attentive, responsive, and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was arranging transportation, or providing local recommendations, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine hospitality and professionalism truly made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's location in Karol Bagh was another great aspect. It offered easy access to various attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants.
