my week long stay in Melia KL was MEMORABLE as one of the best! The rooms were well appointed, spacious and had pillow options aside from being clean! It was quite comfortable since it had all the amenities including a tub which i used a couple of evenings. The roofdeck bar on the 18th Floor... PHENOMENAL VIEW! So worth staying there to have a nightcap on the 18th. We were there every night. Wonderful place! And it was a perfect venue to make wonderful memories specially with back drop of KL Tower and Petronas! Breakfast had a good spread. Has the tendency to get busy but staff were helpful! And the service was good specially at the M2 level with Aaron taking the helm for the afternoon cocktails! He was attentive and made sure we were comfortable! The welcome drink - Pandan water with lychee was DIVINE! All in all it was a great hotel experience in spite of it being a very short uphill climb to Bukit Bintang! But all in all AWESOME experience! Will return!

Maybe it is better to have shower cap always in the room instead of per request

We liked how we where always acknowledged by the staff when we left the hotel and returned to the hotel And also when we went for breakfast that the staff would always greet us and have a bit of friendly banter We have been fortunate to visit many hotels in the past and we feel your staff certainly deliver when it comes to greeting and acknowledging guests.

Booked a family room which is great for our family with young kids. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and service is great. The location is very convenient with many food options around. We had a great stay here.

Room was clean and fairly decent sized for the location, air conditioning worked well. Staff were all very friendly, welcoming, smiling lots and very helpful! It did get quite noisy at night though if you are facing the main road with many cars going by 24/7. Only thing that could improve is better pillows & mattress i would say, it was a little squeaky and not the best "hotel" bed i've slept on and the pillows were very flat and not the usual fluffy hotel ones you expect. Either way good location for what I wanted but note this side of the road was always busy and packed with cars.

Nice hotel in a really good location! Room was excellent! Staff also friendly and very helpful. I will stay in this hotel whenever I am in KL now.

Lovely comfortable stay and friendly staff

Nice hotel in the heart of KL. Spacious rooms, great location near the monorail and short walk to the starting point of the KL hop on hop off bus. Overall would recommend.
