Cockroaches (2 confirmed kills) in the room, very basic TV, not smart no Netflix connectivity and the Internet at night dropped to unusable levels for streaming from my fire stick. Hotel in Bad need of an upgrade of facilities. Breakfast very crowded. Gym looks like it's from the early 90.machines in bad condition and basic.

The first night we could not sleep well. Everytime someone showered or flushed in an adjacent room, we could hear it as if they were right next to us. We asked to changed room and they obliged until we discovered that it was infested with cockroaches. They were all over. We had booked our stay for 6 nights but checked out after the first night. The staff was very accommodating and friendly but I feel bad for them, having to deal with these issues the management could've and should've fixed.
