Reception staff very polite and helpful, F&B Staff are very hard working but buffet breakfast around 9am is chaotic as it seems to be 1 x staff down, food are replenished quickly by the awesome chefs but the floor staff were swamped, cups / glasses / coffee machine / plates were constantly running out from 9am onwards

A fabulous hotel in a great position. All staff welcoming and so helpful. The Continental Club Staff cant do enough for you and we always have the most enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Below average
The smell of the room was very strong showing poor ventilation. It was humid even with the aircon on and the air flow was terrible. You cannot open the windows. You cannot control the temperature in the room either. The toilet cannot flush properly and you have to wait for the water to fill (old style) and it clogged twice during our stay. Other than being close to the shopping mall, you can try other newer options.

Marco Polo is located in the heart of it all, the staff is top notch. I had the pleasure of meeting Tom at the door, and he was efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. When I return to Hong Kong, I won’t even consider staying at another location.
