The property has been well maintained but lacks the modern amenities expected in a property of this stature and price range. No desk for executives to do work in room, power outlets cater only for locals, you have to buy adaptors to use power in the room. No complimentary drinking water in rooms. Breakfast was ample but sub-par for what you would expect. The property is very centrally located and staff are super friendly.

The staff was sick and did not wear a mask while checking us in. Not friendly but to be expected from Holiday Inn Express. The staff at NINA hotel down the street was much friendlier.

Cleaning and concierge staff was very helpful but dear staff was okay. Location is very good of this hotel and breakfast has pretty wide variety but need maintenance and cleanliness more because we found cockroaches around hotel and weird smell like little old.
