Great location - easy access to train stations - for westerners make sure to ask for western style rooms as they also offer Japanese style rooms where mattresses are on the floor and can be challenging if you are not used to it. I would definitely stay here again.

The room and bathroom were bigger than expected with a nice big bathtub to relax in. There were also restaurants, a convenience store, and an ATM in the back of the hotel which was super helpful. There are also two nearby train stations as well. I recommend taking the train from the Tokyo Big Sight station if you want a great scenic ride. Staff also helped us get a taxi to the airport on the day of check out. I really appreciated this since I didn’t want to download another app.

The staff were great and the rooms clean. My only issue is thatthe website stated thatthere was no airport shuttle, so I purchased train tickets in advance. As I prepared to haul my luggage to the train station, I saw a bus pull up. I asked the staff, and they informed me that the shuttles were running and even showed me the schedule for each airport. By that time, it was too late for me. If I had known the shuttles were operating I could have caught an earlier one.

Below average Feel like a cheap hotel with a good view. Couldn't adjust the temp down, the room was too hot to stay in during the afternoon. I had to borrow the fan. lot of mold in the bathroom.
